Replacement Policy
If for reasons beyond our control, an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative or a refund.
Return Policy
In the unlikely event that your gift item is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 10 days and we’ll arrange for the collection and inspection of damaged goods and replacement if applicable. We reserve the right to determine if a product is actually faulty. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is the recipient’s responsibility to follow warranty instructions as specified by the manufacturer.
If the gift item is unsuitable for whatever reasons, we will exchange or credit your purchase once the original item has been returned in its original condition.
Cancellation Policy
The Brilliant Gift Box can only accept cancellations if the order has not already been despatched.
General Policy
- The Brilliant Gift Box Company reserves the right to accept, refuse or limit your order for any reason including but not limited to the unavailability of the product or errors in the prices and product descriptions.
- Some deliveries require a signature on receipt. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be assumed by The Brilliant Gift Box Company to be authorised to do so. This includes but is not limited to, a hotel or hospital reception or office secretary signing for receipt at the specified address.
- The Brilliant Gift Box Company will not despatch goods until payment has been made in full and we are satisfied with the integrity of the order.
- All order and delivery information should be provided to us with care and accurately. The Brilliant Gift Box Company reserves the rights to pass additional delivery charges on to you should re-delivery be required as a result of incorrect delivery details.
- The Brilliant Gift Box Company is not liable for any damages that may occur from the use or misuse of products sold on this site.
- All delivery times are intended as a guide only. You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancel an order.
- The accuracy of all information contained on this website is, to all our knowledge, accurate and up to date. The Brilliant Gift Box Company is not liable for any inaccuracies of information contained in this website.
Fraud
Any person found to have placed an order under a false name, with a fraudulently obtained credit card or without the consent of the card holder will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Liquor Licensing Act
It is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years and for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. For all gifts including alcohol, please ensure the purchaser and recipient is over 18 years.

Currency disclaimer
All prices shown on this site are listed in Australian currency and all transactions are settled in Australian dollars ($AUD). If you are ordering from a country other than Australia, and your bank account or credit card is held in a different currency, you can order by credit card and your currency will be automatically converted to Australian dollars when you complete the transaction. The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate. Many banks also charge a small currency conversion fee, contact your bank or credit card provider for details.
