Orders can be placed three ways:
On line using Secure Pay's Internet Payment Gateway and SSL 128 -

By fax by printing this pdf file and faxing back to
us.

We accept MasterCard and Visa. Other payment options are
available. Call to discuss.
Prices quoted include GST and delivery charges will be calculated
and added at check out.
Once payment has been confirmed, an email (or fax or letter where
applicable) will be sent to you confirming your order, payment and
delivery details.
Packaging
Each gift is brilliantly presented in a white box with ribbon and hand crafted gift card featuring your personal message. Some items (due to size etc will be wrapped in high quality white gloss paper also presented with ribbon and card. Each wrapped gift will be secured in a card board box for safe delivery.
Delivery
There are two options for delivery. Please note that we regularly feature free delivery Australia wide campaigns!!

- For next day and other options we use
Australia Post’s parcel delivery service for its economical,
flexible and high quality, Australia wide delivery service. Postage
for each gift is calculated at the checkout based on delivery
method (regular or express) and destination.
Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or public holidays and are normally made between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Orders need to be received by 2pm Perth Time for next day delivery (Perth Metro or Intestate Express) (Western Standard Time + 0800 UTC)

Regular Delivery

| Between Perth metropolitan area and metropolitan areas of other capital cities | 3 to 5 days |
| Between Perth metropolitan and a country location in WA | 1 to 3 days |
| Between Perth metropolitan and a country location in another state | 4 to 6 day |
Express Post
Next Business day delivery to all street addresses and post
office boxes within the Express Post Next Business Day Network.
Signature on delivery is not required.
