  2006 Cabernet Merlot.  A great red by Hayshed Hill, Margaret River, Western Australia.  Cheeky mischievous wine.  The 2006 Pitchfork Cabernet Merlot displays the quality of Margaret River for these two well matched varieties.  Ripe berry fruits with chocolate mint aromas with a rich fruity and too easy to drink palate.  750ml

  Iranian Pistachios, roasted in lime juice and tossed in sea salt make wonderful companions with fine cheese, cold beer or chilled white wine.  130g.

  Black and green manzanillo or kalamata olives marinated in lightly roasted fennel seeds and orange zest, giving a subtle flavour of aniseed.   Distinctly different but perfectly matched.  A beautiful addition to antipasto or any cheeseboard. 300gm
